FloSpine and DNA Labs, both members of the Global Ventures program at the Research Park at FAU, have recently launched fundraising rounds online. 

FloSpine launched their raise on StartEngine, an equity crowdfunding site associated with Shark Tank investor Kevin O'Leary. FloSpine researches and develops innovative and high-end instruments and medical devices for spinal implants.

DNA Labs' offering is through Regulation A of the JOBS Act (also known as a Mini IPO). DNALabs has been providing genetic testing solutions through healthcare practitioners as well as direct to consumers from the comfort and convenience of their homes. The company joined Global Ventures from Toronto, Canada last year.
